Randy Louis has over twenty years experience in real estate investment and property management. His background in operations and finance provides a strong bottom line orientation.
He earned a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Hayward before working in financial services and wholesale distribution. He holds a California Department of Real Estate broker’s license, is an active member in the East Bay Rental Housing Association, a member of the National Apartment Association and the National Association of Realtors. He has earned certifications as a CCAM from the California Association of Community Managers and a CCRM from the California Apartment Association.
From 1990 through 2005 he provided hundreds of property evaluations and cash flow analyses for investors as part of acquisition financing. In the mid 1990’s he helped many investors acquire and rehabilitate residential properties utilizing the HUD 203(k) program. From 2006 through 2009 he was a Certified Community Association Manager and managed a portfolio of Homeowner Associations, assisting boards in planning, budgeting and funding reconstruction projects.
